SEO Manager
The SEO Manager is responsible for implementing innovative and effective natural SEO strategies and programs including communication planning, competitive analysis, site audits and measurement recommendations.
You must possess advanced communication skills and be able to effectively interact with clients over the phone, via email or occasionally in person. We deliver results with a bottom line focus which yields measurable benefits to our clients in the form of higher ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow our emerging SEO service practice.
- Create an effective go-to-market strategy that delivers significantly to our firm's bottom line.
- Design scalable natural search campaign capabilities and pricing including benchmarking and client management tools, metrics and best practices.
- Create a platform that ensures continuous build-out and refinement of the offering to maintain first preference competitive advantage and marketplace relevance.
- Evangelize and educate search campaign capabilities internally and to clients.
- Participate in client and prospect presentations to deliver search strategies to and, upon request, scope of work and pricing estimates.
- Implement search engagements from briefing through completion, implementing template processes to increase efficiency and quality wherever possible.
- Stay current on emerging search developments and competitive offerings, proactively developing and evangelizing POVs on their use.
- Participate in training of appropriate staff on the capabilities of SEO strategy and content development.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- 4+ years search, media or other relevant digital marketing experience
- 3+ years working in search engine optimization, search engine marketing or established digital advertising agency experience
- Experience in interactive advertising, site design, content development and measurement as it relates to search
- Track record of conceptualizing and creating new programs, best practices and marketing content
- Demonstrated ability to work in a growing dynamic organization
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology or related field
